Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No Show Policy
I understand life happens, however, as a small business cancellations and no shows can really hurt my business.
When scheduling, a credit/debit card is now required to hold your appointment; and is due to paid within 72 hours. I require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. All cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day as the scheduled appointment will result in a 40% charge of scheduled services. All No-Shows will result in a 50% charge for scheduled services.
As a courtesy, you will receive a 72 hour confirmation text and a 24 hour reminder text before your appointment.
